Local chef Simon and his partner (a wine expert) love to entertain and his home and cooking reflect this. Indian food, traditional Dutch recipes, and modern cuisine are his specialties.
Your 3- to 4-course'menu varies by'season, and any food likes/dislikes or allergies will be accounted for (just list them in the Special Requirements field when booking your dinner). In the winter winter, a'warming Boerenkool'(farmer's cabbage) and worst'(sausages) or Australian meat pie could be on the menu. In spring, white asparagus done the Flemish way is a rare treat; in summer the menu could include ceviche.
